On-Site Training

The appraisal is one of the most important documents in a loan file and there are many factors affecting the value of a property being presented for collateral. We provide customized on-site training to underwriters, loan processors, account reps, quality control officers, and management on the analysis and reporting components of the appraisal in order to evaluate whether the property value is supported. We will walk through each section of the appraisal report to identify red flags and risk issues. In addition we will discuss the current housing landscape, how to best leverage automated collateral risk tools, and secondary market expectations.
